FICAConnect ASP is an IASP providing valuable Internet access, FICA Membership, e-Learning Subscriptions, Application e-Learning Training Products and services to its subscribers and other Internet users. Through its website network portals: ficaconnect.com, ficaworld.com., ficaworld.net, futureinvestorsclub.com and related products and services, FICAConnect ASP provides subscribers with applications, information, and links to make the Internet affiliation experience more productive and fun. By using FICAConnect ASP’s website(s) and services (the “FICAConnect ASP Site/Services”), you agree to the terms, conditions, limitations, and notices set forth in this policy (the “Terms of Service”). These Terms of Service may be updated or modified by FICAConnect ASP from time to time, in its sole discretion, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of such changes. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. FICAConnect ASP AND/OR ITS RESPECTIVE SUPPLIERS HEREBY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS WITH REGARD TO THIS INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND RELATED GRAPHICS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES AND CONDITIONS OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WORKMANLIKE EFFORT, TITLE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Storage Space:

In connection with your account or use of the FICAConnect ASP Site/Services, you may be provided with storage space using FICAConnect ASP’s servers and network. The amount of storage space per user is limited. Some messages may not be processed due to space constraints or outbound message limitations. You agree that FICAConnect ASP is not responsible or liable for the deletion or failure to store messages or other information.

Complaints:

Please send reports of any activity in violation of these Terms of Service to customerservice@FICAConnect ASP. FICAConnect ASP will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement officials if a criminal violation is suspected. Any such violation may result in criminal and civil liability.

In order to ensure that FICAConnect ASP is able to provide high quality services which are responsive to customer needs, you consent to FICAConnect ASP employees being able to access your account and records on a case by case basis to investigate complaints or other allegations or abuse. FICAConnect ASP shall not disclose the existence or occurrence of such an investigation unless required by law. Violation of terms of service may result in immediate deletion of a users account.

Termination of Use:

We may modify or discontinue our services or any account, with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. FICAConnect ASP reserves the right to terminate your account if we learn that you have provided us with false or misleading registration information, interfered with other users or the administration of FICAConnect ASP's services, or violated these Terms of Service. FICAConnect ASP may also terminate or suspend your access to FICAConnect ASP Site/Service(s) for non-payment, cancellation by you, inactivity, which is defined as failing to log into a particular service for an extended period of time, as determined by FICAConnect ASP. The amount of time that FICAConnect ASP currently considers as an "extended" period of time may be viewed in the FAQ relating to the particular service. Upon termination of the FICAConnect ASP Site/Service, your right to use the FICAConnect ASP Site/Service immediately ceases. Some services are billed on a monthly, quarterly and or annual bases. Any cancellations by you will terminate services at the end of the billing period. All user names and passwords shall remain active during this time. All Cancellation of services by you must be done in writing and is to also be done via the affiliated paying service/credit card if any prior to the renewal or billing date. Refunds shall only be provide for funds collected after notification of cancellation. No refunds shall be paid for cancellations made by you after a billing has been process on the renewal date.

Refund Policy:

All Future Investor Clubs of America (FICA) online e-Learning sales are final. There are no refunds. An overview of the course objectives is provided. Be sure to read the course description and objectives information before you sign up for the course.

Refunds, Credits and Process for FICA Summer Camps, Events and Workshops

All Future Investor Clubs of America Summer Camps, Events and Workshops require advance registration and purchase. No refunds are provided should you wish to cancel or are unable to attend a scheduled event. Only a credit towards a same type event in value may be given. Any credit made towards a future event must be used within 12 months of the original scheduled event.

Should Future Investor Clubs of America cancel an event for any reason there are three refund and or event credit options:

Option 1. A FULL REFUND shall be made to the member(s) should a scheduled event be cancelled by Future Investor Clubs of America for any reason except for a declared city, state or federal government emergency; and a new event date is not rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe of 45 days and within 30 miles of the same event geographical location.

Option 2. If a scheduled event is cancelled by Future Investor Clubs of America for any reason impacted member(s) shall have the first seat registration option for any open same type event.

Option 3. If a Future Investor Clubs of America event is cancelled for any reason the customer shall have the option to receive a credit toward the next scheduled same type event in the same geographical area with in the next 12 months.

If a refund is approved please allow a period of up to 45 days from the date of event for processing. In addtion, reimbursement of the cost of travel expense may be included in any approved refund amount upon proof of purchase and the refund policy with the transportation service provider has expired.

In case of a natural disaster or emergency declared by the Federal Government no refunds will be made, only a credit towards a future event will be provided.

ALL FICACONNECT ONLINE E-LEARNING SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES USER NAMES AND PASSWORDS WILL BE FORWARDED TO THE EMAIL ACCOUNT OF RECORD WITH 24-72 HOURS OF SUBSCRIPTION.

Shipping Policy

Before we get into specifics, let us be clear on our shipping "philosophy"

•To keep things simple, we offer Free Shipping on every product on our site every day;
•If there is a shipping charge (for expedited shipping, for example), we are not in business to "profit" from shipping; you are charged

Our primary shipping service is United States Postal Service. Both are "ground" services that take 5-7 business days from coast-to-coast (many of our products ship from our primary warehouse in San Francisco, CA).

Delivery Time

Delivery Time is dependent on 2 factors:

1."Availability". Every product detail's page will show a value similar to "Usually Ships in 2-3 days". It is also noted in the Shopping Cart, and informs you of how quickly an item will be ready to ship out. For example, some items will ship within 24 hours, others in a couple days, while some may take as many as several weeks (especially custom products). The "Availability" value is an estimate. We do our best to ship items out as quickly as possible, so we often get orders out more quickly than is noted by the "Availability" timeframe, but please do not count on that.

2.The method of delivery - our Free shipping method is either United States Postal Service for commercial addresses or home delivery (residential addresses). From time to time we may use FedEx Express which takes 3 business days; 2nd Day Air is two business days, and there are several options for Overnight delivery based on the time of day to be delivered.

Additionally, please note that delivery time is also based on "business" days. For example, if you place an order on Sunday, it's impossible for us to ship an item the same day as all the shippers are closed.

Free Shipping Offers

100% of the products on our site ship for free every day. This offer applies to "Standard Shipping" which will be United States Postal Service (5-7 days for cross-country delivery). Free shipping promotions are available on domestic shipments only.

Calculating Cost

We do not profit from shipping. Should you charge Rush shipping, or if we're shipping your order internationally, your shipping cost will be exactly the same as we are charged by whichever shipping company is used to deliver your package. Shipping costs are calculated and billed to you along with your invoice.

International Shipping
